Founded by Kyra, our passionate team of animal lovers has now grown to nine, ensuring your furry/scaley/hairy or hairless friends receive the best care possible. We pride ourselves on providing a personal touch that larger businesses can't match, reflecting your pet's routine, supporting ongoing training and meeting all needs. With our caring, trustworthy and professional approach, we're honoured to assist pet owners throughout the Kent area and love your pets, and our clients like they are our very own family.

Health, Safety and Security
The safety, welfare and security of all animals in our care is our core priority, as passionate animal lovers and owners ourselves. We understand how important it is to keep our own pets happy, healthy and safe and we reflect this in the service to our clients an animals in our care.

We are fully insured with Pet Plan Sanctuary and Pet Business Insurance

We are a minimum of Level 2 Canine First Aid Trained

Freedom from Hunger and Thirst: Animals should have ready access to fresh water and a diet to maintain full health and vigor.

Freedom from Discomfort: Animals should have an appropriate environment, including shelter and a comfortable resting area.

Freedom from Pain, Injury, and Disease: Animals should be protected from pain, injury, and disease, with prevention and rapid diagnosis and treatment.

Freedom to Express Normal Behaviour: Animals should have sufficient space, proper facilities, and the company of their own kind to express normal behaviours.

Freedom from Fear and Distress: Animals should be protected from fear and distress, with conditions and treatment that avoid mental suffering.

We take security seriously:

All our our vehicles are UNBRANDED and untraceable as animal transport

We never disclose our locations, client/pet address details

We use a safe when keyholding for any clients

We use a tracking app for all team members to keep the team safe and assist team members and any animals under our care if needed

We have frequently us bodycams

We do not walk more than 6 dogs in a group with a single team member for safety and control purposes and in accordance to local council regulations in the towns we operate

We won’t be spotted with headphone/earphones!
