Our Story

The journey of All Paws started in 2017, as a part time hobby for Kyra to spend more time around the animals she loved. Working as an event manager and wedding planner across Kent and then Worldwide, Kyra found time when she was at home from the events world, to help pet owners in Kent care for their pets over weekends and evenings. In 2019 the COVID-19 pandemic forced a halt to international travel and by this time Kyra had decided to take her pet care business and true passion full time. 


Jump forward to today, All Paws has grown into a well known provider of a variety of professional pet care services, with her now amazing team of seven!

The pets we care for are an extension of our own family, along with their owners and my invaluable team and spending all day, every day with my own beloved dogs who share my joy adventuring with furry friends everyday. Our Values

The safety, welfare and security of all animals in our care is our core priority, as passionate animal lovers and owners ourselves. We understand how important it is to keep our own pets happy, healthy and safe and we reflect this in the service to our clients an animals in our care.

 

  • We are fully insured with Pet Business Insurance

  • We are a minimum of Level 2 Canine First Aid Trained

​

  • We support the 'Five Freedoms':

    • Freedom from Hunger and Thirst: Animals should have ready access to fresh water and a diet to maintain full health and vigor.

    • Freedom from Discomfort: Animals should have an appropriate environment, including shelter and a comfortable resting area.

    • Freedom from Pain, Injury, and Disease: Animals should be protected from pain, injury, and disease, with prevention and rapid diagnosis and treatment.

    • Freedom to Express Normal Behaviour: Animals should have sufficient space, proper facilities, and the company of their own kind to express normal behaviours.

    • Freedom from Fear and Distress: Animals should be protected from fear and distress, with conditions and treatment that avoid mental suffering.

  • We take security seriously:

    • All our our vehicles are UNBRANDED and untraceable as animal transport

    • We never disclose our locations, client/pet address details

    • We use a safe when keyholding for any clients

    • We use a tracking app for all team members to keep the team safe and assist team members and any animals under our care if needed

    • We have frequently us bodycams 

    • We do not walk more than 6 dogs in a group with a single team member for safety and control purposes and in accordance to local council regulations in the towns we operate

    • We won’t be spotted with headphone/earphones!
