Let us explain our highly popular overnight sitting service! The aim of our overnight pet sitting service is to keep your pet(s) as happy, relaxed, and comfortable as possible while you’re away.

in the familiarity of their own home, we can maintain their usual routine, minimise disruption, and reduce the stress that can sometimes come with staying in unfamiliar surroundings.

Our goal is to provide your pet(s) with the same love, care, and companionship they receive when you’re at home, giving you complete peace of mind while you’re away.

Please find some more details below, explaining our service in more detail:

• Our overnight pet sitting service rate is based on per night for up to two dogs from the same household with an additional cost, per night for each extra dog.

• Before your booking, we will arrange a complimentary meet and greet at your home. This gives you the opportunity to meet your dedicated pet sitter, introduce them to your family and your pet(s), and get to know each other before the booking begins. During the visit, we’ll go through your New Client Form together, discuss your pet(s)’ routine, care requirements, feeding, walks, medications (if applicable), house routines, emergency contacts, and any other important information or preferences. This helps ensure your sitter has everything they need to provide the highest standard of care and allows you to head away with complete peace of mind.

• The overnight stay runs from 4:00 pm on the first day of your booking until 9:00 am on the final day (the morning your sitter departs and you return home), with daytime and overnight care provided throughout your booking.

• During the weekdays (typically Monday to Friday), our sitters continue with their regular dog walking schedules. Their working hours are usually between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm, although these may vary slightly depending on the day’s schedule. Wherever possible, your pet(s) will accompany them on suitable group walks, subject to availability, compatibility with the other dogs, and successful introductions. Weekends tend to be much more flexible as we do not have regular weekend services (check with your dedicated walker for specific details).

• If, for any reason, your dog(s) are unable to join the regular group walks, your dedicated sitter will ensure they receive at least one walk each day. We will also always adhere to the maximum amount of time you advise that your dog can be left alone and will never exceed this.

• Once your sitter has finished their working day, they will return to your home to spend the evening and overnight with your pet(s), ensuring they receive plenty of companionship, care, and attention throughout your stay.

• We always endeavour to mirror your usual routine as closely as possible, helping your pets feel comfortable, settled, and secure while you’re away.

• To help us provide the very best care, we ask all clients booking overnight pet sitting (as well as all new clients using any of our services) to complete a detailed New Client Form. This provides us with all the essential information about your home, your pet(s), their routine, and any specific care requirements, allowing us to tailor our service to their individual needs.
